Les Constructions Raymond et Fils is a member of the Association des professionnels de la construction et de l’habitation du Québec (APCHQ), which brings together a number of practitioners, suppliers and professionals. The APCHQ propose to consumers the services of its members in the residential construction and renovation. Furthermore, it provides information to the public through its different web-based platforms about current projects in the regions of Quebec.
The APCHQ organises the Prix Domus which represent the standard for excellence in the purchase or renovation of a property in the greater Montreal region.

This certification allows us to offer our customers high-energy performance new homes, which provide an estimated savings of 20% on energy costs compared to homes built according to the current regulations.
